Minton Trompe l'Oeil Footed Dish, c.1830

A Minton trompe l’oeil footed dish applied with a naturalistic profusion of fruits and flowers, the dish moulded in low relief with a green trellis pattern within gilt scroll-moulded rims and stood on four scroll feet, the entire underside painted with trailing forget-me-nots. Underglaze blue crossed swords to underside, circa 1830.
15 cm high, 27 cm diameter.
